“What is life? What constitutes an individual? What does it mean to survive when we're in a constant state of evolution? Are we still 'us' if we're no longer in human form? How does it feel to be a little step along the way rather than an endpoint? What is more important, our biological form or our culture? Where are we going?These are some of the questions I was thinking about while making this piece.”
